2019 has brought in another stunning group of nominations for the G&L Gaming & Hospitality Annual Industry Awards. The varieties of systems submitted were particularly astounding, ranging from online games, to IT infrastructure platforms, to marketing and operational systems.
However, the majority of the systems focused on enhancing marketing segmentation and automating marketing communications and offer fulfillment. The awards reflect this preponderance. Three of the four award recipients this year provide technologies heavily geared toward guest marketing. I have now worked with technology in several industries, but whenever I come home to the gaming industry, I am always wide eyed at the support given by the industry to automated systems.
