To submit payment by credit card, please request a Credit Card Invoice from Gaming & Leisure. An updated invoice will be issued reflecting a 3% processing fee.
Please note that your original contract or invoice is issued for ACH, wire, or check only and cannot be used for credit card payment.
Payments submitted through this page must correspond to a valid Gaming & Leisure credit card invoice and are made pursuant to your existing agreement and/or registration. All applicable terms and obligations, including nonrefundable policies, are governed by that agreement and/or registration.
