Do you have special characters?
Server security will only accept filenames with hyphens – or underscores _. Other special characters will result in an upload error.
File type not listed but trying to submit?
The upload for images will SPIN on submission if a file type not listed is attempted to be submitted. Be sure to list your file type. (pdf, png).
File type IS Case sensitive:
The server IS case sensitive on filename extensions. When uploading, ensure filename extensions are always lowercase. Example: “file.png” will submit fine, but a filename called “file.PNG” will not go through.
