Thank you for agreeing to be a Guest on an upcoming G&L Voice Show (herein referred to as "Show"). You, (herein referred to as "Guest"), will be on the Show which releases, unless otherwise noted, as a podcast and YouTube show.
The below named Guest does hereby consent to the recording, videoing if applicable, and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest's voice and physical appearance if using Zoom or live video and their materials as part of the Show.
Guest does hereby acknowledge that Gaming & Leisure ("G&L") is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Show, and the recording(s) thereof, for all purposes; and that G&L has the unfettered right, among other things, to use, and distribute the Show, and Guest's performance as embodied therein, together with Guest's name, Guest's bio, and if used, Guest's video, including, without limitation, any photographs or other material provided to G&L by Guest, in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Any materials prepared in the course of the production and distribution of the Show ("Materials") becomes property of G&L, and G&L shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, and distribute such Materials, throughout the world, in perpetuity.
Nothing contained in this G&L Voice Show Guest Release shall be construed to obligate G&L to use or exploit any of the rights granted or acquired by G&L, or to make, sell, license, distribute or otherwise exploit the Show or Materials whatsoever.
Guest understands and agrees that he/she shall receive no compensation for their participation on the Show.
Guest's name, likeness and Materials may be used in connection with the Show and in advertising and promotional material for the Show(s), but not as an endorsement of any product or service. Guest hereby releases and discharges G&L from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, editing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
