I am what you would call an early adopter when it comes to technology. I always want the new and shiny device, application, or website experience. I still remember about 20 years ago when I was so very excited to learn my bank had a website where I could log in and balance my checkbook! No more keeping a ledger for this gal! Fast forward several years and I was doing all of this from my phone, and now, I had the additional ease of depositing checks without leaving my home! Today, I am using my phone to pay for my morning coffee and groceries while answering my doorbell remotely. Isn’t technology awesome!?
I know not everyone is so quick to jump on board with the “new.” For example, we all know those people, and maybe this is even you, who wait to see if the new tech works or delivers as promised. Only after my fellow early adopters prove a solution as viable, useful, and safe will this early and later majority group jump on board.
