It’s one of those days. Things are happening all around me and I feel like a juggler being thrown some interesting items to add to my already large number of items that are flying at me – a typical day in a casino IT department.
That is when it happens. I start making decisions to either throw one of the items to someone on the team or finish the
project myself so I can drop that spinning knife and grab the bowling ball headed toward me. In the middle of this juggling act, I made a small mistake – a missed email asking for a different direction or a forgotten hallway conversation.
