Like a runaway train plummeting down a mountainside rail line, technology and the world around us continues to change and accelerate at an almost breathless pace. Although we each have slightly different roles and priorities in our own career and life, we are nonetheless all on this same runaway train together. In this article, I’m sharing a few observations and thoughts with the intent to help all of us to better navigate this train ride and perhaps better prepare for what 2025 and the future may bring.
