The Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas was my home-away-from-home for several days earlier this year. As a guest of the property, I was fortunate to experience this Caribbean getaway upon completion of a $150 million resort-wide renovation that was finished in July 2024. This iconic property is a seaside gem offering activities for children, adults and the whole family. The significant renovation included:
- A redesign of their 85-table, 700-game casino with a custom carpet that incorporates 26 shades, inspired by the venue’s art. The casino also features four glass sculptures by artist Dale Chihuly, including the Sun and The Moon installations.
