Artificial intelligence (AI) remains the hottest topic in technology in 2025, and when it comes to AI use in tribal gaming and hospitality, I could easily write about any number of popular potential applications of AI, like AI in marketing, customer analytics, process automation and so on. Better yet, I could just ask ChatGPT or Google Gemini to write that article for me, and in mere seconds it would produce pages and pages of interesting information and data on practical uses for AI in tribal gaming. The fact that AI can produce that type of information so quickly, so easily and so completely is amazing, but it also gives me a good bit of anxiety. Will I, or anyone really, need to manually write articles anymore with AI being both available and capable? Does personal experience and expertise make a difference anymore? How might AI change the way news, articles and information is created and communicated in the coming years, and will humans even need to be a part of the process? These are the types of introspective and anxiety producing questions and concerns that AI is creating across most every operational department of every organization.
