We have known for a long time now that lifestyle factors like diet, exercise, and sleep play a vital role in health span.
But that knowledge has expanded to include other lifestyle dimensions including spending time in nature, loneliness, social engagement, pollution, and general environmental exposure. In addition, new specifics of physical activity including strength and precision dieting which include time-restricted eating are now all included as aspects of “Lifestyle.” No wonder we all struggle with fitting these into our daily routines.
