You are an 8x international bestselling author, and recently published your latest book (360° IMPACT, A Guide to Live, Lead, and Serve in a More Colorful World!), which is phenomenal. I could fill a page with the accolades you’ve been awarded as a coach and trainer including being in the top 15 coaches in Las Vegas. Your company Kline Hospitality will hit the 15-year milestone next year. And you still find time for philanthropic endeavors. Wow. How do would you describe you?
MK: I am a dedicated and disciplined human who believes in the power of hard work and silent perseverance, letting success speak for itself. Embracing both physical and mental rigor, I stay present and tackle challenges with precision. I reject the notions of luck and failure, focusing instead on effort and learning from experiences.
