Company. Founded on a solution for poor in-room hotel broadband, ReadyLinks is now a provider of cloud-managed network hardware, software, and APIs to the gaming, hospitality, telecom, and cable markets. Larry Synstelien is President.

The problem we solve. Casino and resort properties need modern, high-bandwidth networks on infrastructure that was never designed for them. Traditional upgrades mean new cable, long project timelines, and floor downtime — three things an operator can’t absorb. Rewiring 20,000 slot positions is a multi-year capital project.

What we do. ReadyLinks delivers symmetrical multi-gig Ethernet and PoE over the copper, coax, and phone pair already in the building, at distances far beyond standard Ethernet limits. Coverage spans the gaming floor, sportsbook and IPTV, guest rooms, WiFi 7, and IP surveillance — all managed centrally through the ReadyView cloud dashboard with a full REST API and SDKs for automated provisioning.

Traction. Deployed across roughly 20,000 slot machines and 10 casinos for Station Casinos, plus MGM Grand, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, the Rio, Treasure Island, and Circus Circus. Broader customer base includes Verizon, Lumen, Cox, and the U.S. Navy, with strategic relationships with IGT and Light & Wonder. Active deployments in 15 of the 20 largest U.S. cities; $1B+ in annual revenue transacts across ReadyLinks hardware and APIs.

Expansion. Asia-Pacific entry underway from a Taiwan sourcing operation and Philippines production line, targeting integrated resort markets in the Philippines, Vietnam, Korea, and Australia.
