Add/Update Your Logo

By submitting or uploading a logo or other branding material (“Logo”) through this portal, you represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights to provide the Logo to
Gaming & Leisure (G&L) and that our use of the Logo will not infringe any third-party trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights
(nevadabusiness.com).

You grant G&L a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt the Logo (with any necessary resizing or formatting) in connection with any applicable media contract or the G&L Roundtable and/or Forum, including on signage, printed materials, websites, social-media posts, and other marketing or media promotions.

You retain ownership of the Logo. G&L will not sell or sublicense your Logo to third parties outside of these event-related or, if applicable, media-related contexts.

You agree to indemnify and hold G&L harmless from any claims arising from our authorized use of the Logo. This consent is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
