With almost three decades of gaming expertise to draw from, Peter works with a dynamic team of seasoned executives across three properties, to deliver cohesive and fully integrated systems that take advantage of technology and promote best practices. From guest check in to customer loyalty, the Eldorado/Silver Legacy properties are technically savvy in areas that affect overall guest experience. Leading a group of over 40 talented team members Peter turns management’s wishes into reality by creating numerous self service options, not only for their valued customers but also for their dedicated employees. He works closely with the Gaming Control Board (GCB) to insure compliance and accurate functionality of the properties’ proprietary Casino Management System. With a background in implementing multi property casino and hotel systems for LGS, he is well equipped to oversee the design, development, and testing a custom system requires to remain GCB compliant. Peter masterminded the creation of a centralized email repository across all properties and all individual applications. This solution promotes property amenities both individually and as a group more cohesively enabling hotel, casino, retail, food, activity (golf, skiing, etc.), and entertainment to pinpoint their target audience. Driven by a BS in Business (UNLV), Peter thinks outside the box and isn’t afraid to use canned software, in conjunction with custom programs to create systems that exceed goals. Peter is an integral part of the Executive team yet still remains a powerful mentor to his staff, working with each member to create a plan to meet IT goals and insure individual career advancement. Who knew that time spent as a busboy, night auditor, casino pit clerk and passing the CPA exam would benefit him so much in his future career!
