Ownership: By submitting an event, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the event details for promotional or informational purposes related to our event calendar.

Privacy: Any personal information collected during the submission process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Conduct: Event submissions must not contain content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.

Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your event submission or its inclusion on our event calendar. To be clear, Gaming & Leisure has NO LIABILITY whatsoever for your post and or your event under any circumstances.

Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It's your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to your event submission will be subject to the laws of the state of Nevada and will be resolved through arbitration or court proceedings as required.
