By registering for and attending this conference, including participation in any off-site activities or provided transportation, I acknowledge and agree on behalf of myself and/or my company’s attendees as follows:
Assumption of Risk, Liability, and Non-Refundability Waiver: By registering for and attending this conference, including participation in any off-site activities or provided transportation, I acknowledge and agree on behalf of myself and/or my company’s attendees as follows:
Voluntary Participation: Participation in all event activities, including off-site tours and transportation, is entirely voluntary.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to illness (including COVID-19), physical injury, or other unforeseen events. I and/or my company’s attendees voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my company, and all registered participants, release and hold harmless Gaming & Leisure® (“G&L”), its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or demands arising out of or related to participation in the event or associated activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Non-Refundable Commitment: I acknowledge that this is a private event with limited capacity. G&L justifiably relies on sponsor and attendee commitments to plan and execute the event. Accordingly, all sponsorship fees, deposits, and registration payments are non-refundable once submitted. In the unlikely event the conference is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond G&L’s reasonable control (including acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force-majeure events), payments will be applied to the rescheduled date or a comparable G&L program.
Personal Responsibility: I agree that I and/or my company’s attendees will follow all safety guidelines and event instructions, assess personal health before attending, and accept responsibility for personal property.
Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
