The Biletnikoff Foundation announces its 19th Annual Hall of Fame Invitational on April 24, 2023, at Canyon Gate Country Club in Las Vegas. A forever staple of the Raider Nation and respected Hall of Famer of the National Football League, Fred Biletnikoff and his wife Angela return year this premier event to the desert. Featuring celebrity’s high-caliber golf prizes, and finely selected dining arrangements, this Annual Invitational welcomes local and global participation with a purpose.
Proceeds and recognition for this event will benefit the enduring efforts of the Biletnikoff Foundation, the third Tracey’s Place of Hope, and the Second Biletnikoff Center of Hope to end adolescent domestic violence, substance abuse, and human trafficking.

About Biletnikoff Foundation
Biletnikoff Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting youth, primarily from low to moderate-income neighborhoods or backgrounds, who are “at risk,”, particularly to the realities of drug and alcohol addiction, domestic and, and human trafficking. The mission of the Biletnikoff Foundation is to commemorate Tracey Biletnikoff’s life and her untimely death and to enable young people to realize their full potential through the support of community and education programs that effectively address the related problems of substance abuse and gender violence. The Foundation organizes and hosts annual fundraising and awareness events, including the Hall of Fame Invitational each spring and the Biletnikoff Foundation Crab Fest in the autumn months.
Tracey’s Place of Hope in Loomis, California, was inspired by Tracey herself, who had dreamed of such a place specifically for young girls dealing with addictions. The home became a reality in 2000 through the Biletnikoff Foundation’s partnership with Koinonia Homes for Teens, specifically for adolescent girls ages 14-18 with mental health and substance abuse problems. The Biletnikoff Foundation, with the work of its partners, supporters, and fundraising efforts, achieved its milestone in giving Tracey’s Place of Hope an extensive, residential $500,000 remodel. Next door to this facility, the Foundation is extending ground on a counseling/activity center to manage recovery and mental and emotional health issues and teach residents the necessary skills to live independently. In 2023 the Biletnikoff Foundation partnered with St Jude’s Home for Teens to create the “Healing Center,” a ten-acre campus for human Trafficked females ages 10 to 24. The Biletnikoff Foundation has committed to building the third Tracey’s Place of Hope and the second Biletnikoff Center of Hope. This is the first in the nation to address sex-trafficked victims in a meaningful way. “It’s a tough subject, but it needs to be addressed. About Fred Biletnikoff

Fred Biletnikoff, a 6-1, 190-pounder with excellent hands and deceptive speed, caught 589 passes for 8,974 yards and 76 touchdowns during his 14-year career with the Oakland Raiders from 1965 through 1978. At the time of his retirement, Fred dominated the Raiders’ record book for pass receiving and owned several significant NFL marks as well.
Biletnikoff was All-AFL/AFC selection four times, the 1971 NFL receiving champion, and played in two AFL All-Star games, four AFC-NFC Pro Bowls, eight AFL/AFC title games, and two Super Bowls. Biletnikoff, a native of Erie, PA, reached the zenith of a career filled with outstanding achievements when he caught four passes for 79 yards to set up three Oakland scores in the Raiders’ 32-14 victory in Super Bowl XI. He was named the game’s Most Valuable Player. Inducted into the Football Hall of Fame in 1988.
Biletnikoff also served as the Oakland Raiders wide receiver coach for 18 years. A respected football legend and Oakland Raiders revered, Biletnikoff has a national award named after him. For the past 20 years, the Biletnikoff Award has been presented to young men in football who continue to have outstanding careers in the NFL. Fred married Angela in 1991.
