the Director of Global Client Success. In this role, Anuj will lead the company’s efforts to ensure
that all our clients realize the greatest value from our solution and partnership.
With over 15 years of industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in
building and scaling Customer Success teams and operations in high-growth startups. Always
working backward from Customer Experience, Anuj is obsessed with empowering customers to
succeed via innovation and technology adoption.

As Director of Global Client Success, Anuj will lead the client success team and will work closely

with the sales and product development teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated
into the company’s ongoing product development efforts.
