Companies will integrate solution designed to drive incremental casino visits and foster loyalty among online players
April 11, 2017, San Diego, CA – VizExplorer, a leading provider of operational intelligence solutions for casinos, today announced that it has partnered with OpenWager, a custom branded social casino platform provider. Pursuant to the partnership, the companies will launch VizExplorer® SocialLink™ for OpenWager for integration with VizExplorer applications to enable casinos to use social games to drive incremental property visits.
The technology partnership between the two companies arises from the growing adoption by casinos of social casinos into their marketing mix, and their constant need to drive more players to visit their properties more often. The OpenWager Platform is one of the first technology platforms to enable rapid delivery and operation of a wide range of customizable social casino games that let casinos stay connected to current customers and acquire new players.
OpenWager technology will initially be integrated with campaignViz™–VizExplorer’s marketing campaign tool–to give casino marketers a view into social casino players’ cross-channel behavior and a direct marketing channel through which to deliver offers to prompt visits and on-property activity. Future integrations with slot optimization tool floorViz™ and later hostVizOps™, the company’s sales enablement solution for intelligent player development, will provide additional player analysis tools to see both online and on-property activity to further inform marketing offers and player development strategy.
