Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise’s casinos gain VizExplorer tools and expertise for marketing campaign management, reporting and automation
October 9, 2018, Las Vegas, NV – VizExplorer, a leading provider of operational intelligence solutions for casinos, today announced that it has signed a new contract with Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (NNGE). According to the agreement, NNGE will deploy VizExplorer’s campaignViz™ at its four casinos located in New Mexico and Arizona, and has chosen Managed Services––a consulting program that involves operating campaignViz and advising the teams overseeing casino marketing operations.
Operating four casinos in competitive gaming markets, NNGE has more than 2900 slot machines as well as table games, poker and Bingo in nearly 430,000 square feet of gaming space. Eager to adopt a multi-property marketing strategy and address its business needs at the enterprise level, NNGE executives turned to VizExplorer for campaignViz as well as its strategic and tactical casino operations expertise.
With VizExplorer Managed Services, NNGE gains a VizExplorer industry specialist as a virtual member of its team to aid the deployment and operation of the campaignViz software. In close collaboration with NNGE’s marketing team, VizExplorer consultants will assess each casino’s marketing strategy, and make recommendations for new or modified campaigns to optimize revenue, margin and other departmental objectives.

Currently, NNGE operates four gaming establishments––Fire Rock Navajo Casino, Flowing Water Navajo Casino and Northern Edge Navajo Casino in New Mexico, and Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort in Arizona. NNGE joins more than 60 other tribal entities currently using the VizExplorer platform. The agreement was handled by VizExplorer reseller Game Changing Technologies, a distributor of business intelligence software and other software products that are beneficial to the casino business.
