    Resort Expands Partnership with Agilysys for SWS Inventory & Procurement, And Adds InfoGenesis® Point-Of-Sale (POS), rGuest® Buy Guest Kiosk, rGuest® Buy OnDemand & Agilysys Authorize
    ALPHARETTA, GA. — June 2, 2020 — Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, today announced that Wind Creek Hospitality has expanded its existing relationship with Agilysys with the addition of the award-winning InfoGenesis POS solution as well as rGuest® Buy Guest Kiosk, rGuest® Buy OnDemand and Agilysys Authorize for all of its properties.
    A longtime user of Agilysys’ Stratton Warren System (SWS) for inventory and procurement, Wind Creek expanded their SWS deployment enterprise-wide including new sites. To complement SWS, Wind Creek knew they wanted to look to Agilysys when selecting new POS, guest self-service ordering and contactless payment software. Agilysys partnered with Wind Creek to re-imagine the food and beverage guest experience for their patrons. Leveraging Agilysys’ omni-channel suite of solutions, Wind Creek is able to offer a contactless experience, from ordering to delivery to payments, while still retaining the warmth of service that exemplifies Wind Creek Hospitality. Guest are now able to earn and redeem their gaming rewards automatically at all Wind Creek outlets. Coupons and offers that required patrons to print to redeem as well as operations to manually track transactions are now eliminated in favor of one-touch electronic redemption right at the point of sale.

The result is dramatically increased revenue opportunities and more chances to enhance guest service.
    Agilysys Authorize makes it easy to accept and track cashless transactions whenever and wherever guests are, allowing them to pay using methods that limit contact with staff. For F&B payment, Authorize allows guests to use their own mobile device, scan a QR code on the InfoGenesis check, review a digital copy of the check, add a tip & initiate payment. Authorize also provides support for fully-automated and secure online payments for room deposits, 3rd party guarantees and folio charges – while eliminating the need for manual credit card authorization forms.
