    French Lick Casino Selects Playersoft’s Host Player Manager as their Casino CRM

    The French Lick Casino selected the HPM mobile application to extend their world class customer service, allowing their team of Hosts to manage players on and off the casino floor. With the assistance of Playersoft’s state of the art software, casino hosts now have a tool to concentrate their efforts on customer service, identify valued guests in real-time, and drive revenue, all while increasing player loyalty.

    With one of the busiest casinos in North America, the team at French Lick required the ability to quickly identify guests anywhere on the floor, see actionable information and get alerts on guest activity. They wanted their hosts to be more efficient without having to walk long distances back and forth to their offices to lookup player information. They selected the Host Player Management system as the best solution for their needs.

    The Host Player Management™ product is a full-featured Contact Management System, giving hosts the ability to manage player information, contact history and more, all from the desktop or a mobile device. Hosts can schedule upcoming calls and events, track telemarketing efforts and provide immediate service to their guests with live, real-time information. All these functions support the management module, providing management with performance and play reporting for hosts and casino players. With the mobile application, Hosts can keep guests on their games longer by offering exceptional service through a friendly face to face connection. The HPM product also assists casino operators in seeing a greater return on investment from their existing player tracking system and marketing efforts by taking the point of service to the casino floor.
