Dane Maralason has called Las Vegas home since 1999. His passion for research and skillful interviews have won him praise for his biographical stories on local leaders, historical narratives and gaming industry articles. His articles can be found in several local and national publications. He has been a guest on number of radio talk shows, and local television news programs speaking about a various community events. His insights on Entity Wagering was the subject of a recent KNPR radio broadcast. A native of California, his career in advertising was in Michigan where he lectured at the Department of Rhetoric, Communication and Journalism at Oakland University in Rochester Hills; was a founding executive of two magazine publishing companies; and started his own consulting firm writing copy for sales promotions. He hosted a weekly radio show in Plymouth and was first published in “Letters to the Editor” in the Wall Street Journal.
